SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship the same day for orders placed under the following conditions:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM Mountain Time (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM Mountain Time may be processed the same day but will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship all U.S. orders via either UPS or FedEx with the following options:

  • Ground (1-5 business days from ship date, depending on location)
  • 2nd Day Air (2 business days from ship date)
  • Next Day Air (1 business day from ship date)

Shipping Costs

  • Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
  • All other orders are charged standard UPS or FedEx rates. To estimate your shipping cost, enter your details at checkout.

Other Shipping Information

  • UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you need USPS shipping, please contact us.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please allow 24-48 hours for investigation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

  • We often re-quote shipping costs using DHL, as it may be a more affordable option. If applicable, we will charge you the lower price when processing your order.
  • Delivery times vary. Contact us if you need an estimated arrival date.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duty taxes. We ensure all documentation is correctly prepared.

International Exchanges

Due to high shipping costs, customers are responsible for return shipping on international exchanges. Contact us to calculate any exchange-related shipping charges.

At Diva Diamonds and Jewels, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. However, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer:

Exchanges for a different size, color, or style.
Store credit for future purchases.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order.
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international returns.

Returns may take 7-10 business days to process.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements. If an item is returned COD (cash on delivery), the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
